Do I pay before or after I find a worker?

After. You only pay once a worker has confirmed availability for your specific job. If no workers confirm, you owe nothing.

What exactly does the R49 get me?

The direct phone number of the worker you selected, plus a WhatsApp introduction message sent on your behalf. You call them directly from there.

Can I see the worker's scores before paying?

Yes. Trust Score, Reliability Score, hire-again rate, and jobs completed are all visible before you commit.

What if the worker doesn't show up?

Report it through WhatsApp. We track no-shows and the worker's reliability score drops. Repeated ghosting leads to suspension.
