No sign-up, no dashboard. Just message us and our assistant asks four questions: skill, location, start date, and daily rate.
We immediately ping workers who match your criteria and wait for confirmed YES replies. You don't chase anyone — we do.
Once workers respond, you receive a ranked shortlist with Trust Score, Reliability Score, hire-again rate, and jobs completed — scored by real past employers.
Select the worker you want, pay once, and we send you their phone number. Call them directly — no middleman, no platform fees on top.
Blue Jobs never asks for payment or a code when you sign up. If you have a promo code from a sales representative, you'll be asked for it at the moment of your very first hire— right before you receive the payment link. Enter it then to get a discount. You'll never be asked again after that.
